1. Data controller

This site is published by CATALYS Consulting, a project management consultancy with offices in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire), Brazzaville (Congo) and Libreville (Gabon).

2. Data we collect

We only collect data you voluntarily provide us:

  • Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.
  • Applications (spontaneous or for a specific role): name, email, phone number, area of expertise, cover letter and resume you submit.
  • Browsing: limited technical data (pages viewed, session duration) collected through analytics cookies, only if you consent to them.

3. Why we use it

  • To respond to your contact or business inquiries;
  • To review your applications and follow up with you;
  • To measure and improve site traffic and performance.

4. Cookies

The site uses two categories of cookies, presented on your first visit:

  • Essential cookies: necessary for the site to function (navigation, security). They cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand how the site is used (pages visited, session duration). They are only set with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing your browser's cookies.

5. Retention period

Data submitted via the contact form or an application is kept for as long as needed to process your request, then for a maximum of 24 months for follow-up or recruitment purposes, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

6. Who receives your data

Your data is processed by CATALYS Consulting's internal teams. It may also be processed by technical service providers strictly necessary to operate the site (hosting, email delivery), who are bound by confidentiality obligations. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Ivorian law n°2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data (and equivalent regulations applicable in your country of residence), you have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data.

You can exercise these rights by writing to us at letstalk@catalysconsulting.com. If a disagreement remains unresolved, you may refer the matter to the Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications de Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI), the authority competent for personal data protection.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect legal changes or changes to our practices. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
